Since 1870, the Red Storm have created a legacy competing in the Big East Conference with red and white pride. The program boasts the 1996 NCAA Men’s Soccer Championship and 2001 NCAA Fencing Championship, highlighting a broad spectrum of success. Basketball legends such as Chris Mullin and Walter Berry led the team to 28 NCAA Tournament appearances and six College World Series trips in baseball. Lou Carnesecca’s coaching artistry and Rick Pitino’s stewardship showcase championship DNA. Madison Square Garden transforms into a cathedral for passionate fans led by Johnny Thunderbird chants.
