Tyler Kane

Some live abs yesterday. Fastball was 89-91 and good feel for off speed. Pitchers definitely had an advantage pitching indoors in a cage but was good to face batters for first time.

Some clips from my 3rd pen today. Worked a lot on my off speed, specifically my new slider/slurve grip. Not sure what to call it yet. Gearing up for some live abs next week.

Second pen of the winter. Appreciate @eli_gries for letting me use the Rapsodo. Got up to 91.4 but sat more 88-89 and off speed felt good. Need to work on consistency for my slider but overall solid pen.

Freshman year I quit baseball and left George Mason. I wasn’t mentally tough or prepared for it. This fall I joined the Rutgers club team. Man baseball is awesome. Going to post my pens and have fun. First winter bullpen and fastball is 89. Pretty cool right. Lets get weird
