110 flights on the stairmaster done ❤️🇺🇸23 years ago today is a day that will never be forgotten and will always hold a place in my families heart. I cannot imagine going through what our first responders did, climbing 110 flights of stairs in gear and smoke while helping

Honored & grateful for my terrific coaches & teammates!! ERA is a combination of great pitch calling, great catchers, & great defense! Can't wait to get back with my ⭐⭐girls! @Starsnatgleason @starsnationalfp @thealliancefp @MusserChristi @AshleyErcolano @CSUBucsSoftball

Fall Season is in the books! We learned so much this season & finished 5-1 in Bama. Couldn't help much in the ⭕ due to some back issues but threw 2 innings with 4Ks & had a few hits at the plate. My season ended at 41 innings, 40Ks, 8 walks, & 1.84 era. So excited to rest up &

Clearwater Invitational is in the books. Proud of my girls! We played tough competition & learned lots. Didn't start off the way we wanted but came together & finished off winning two games & tieing one. Glad I could help the team pitching 8.2 innings with 11Ks & 2 walks.

Always a great day with @CoachRPauly! I learned so much!! Made lots of progress on every pitch & set some new spin & speed PR's on drop, curve, & rise ball. Excited to get back to work & keep improving. 💫 @CSUBucsSoftball @Starsnatgleason @AshleyErcolano @MusserChristi
