Bismarck, ND
Graduate

Treysen Eaglestaff is a graduate guard for the UC San Diego Tritons in the Big West Conference, wearing No. 52. The 6'6" scorer signed with UC San Diego for his fifth year of eligibility after playing at North Dakota and West Virginia, and is known for scoring in volume off movement, in isolation and in transition. Eaglestaff's journey is shaped by both talent and heritage. An enrolled member of the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe, he carries a proud basketball legacy: his grandfather, Robert Eaglestaff, is a member of both the University of North Dakota Athletics Hall of Fame and the Lakota Nation Hall of Fame. Eaglestaff starred at Bismarck High School, averaging more than 30 points per game as a senior and becoming the first Bismarck High player to win North Dakota Mr. Basketball. At the University of North Dakota he developed into one of the Summit League's top guards, and his 2024-25 breakout included a 40-point performance against No. 6 Alabama and a 51-point game in the Summit League Tournament. He spent the 2025-26 season at West Virginia in the Big 12 before transferring to UC San Diego. Off the court, Eaglestaff takes pride in representing his community and heritage.
