About

The Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) is a tightly knit, highly competitive NCAA Division II athletic conference operating within the densely populated Northeast and Mid-Atlantic corridor. Established in 1961, the CACC is composed entirely of private colleges and universities spanning Connecticut, Delaware, New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. Because the conference does not sponsor American football, its intense regional rivalries are channeled directly into basketball, soccer, baseball, and volleyball. The CACC is known for its grueling conference schedules, intimate campus environments, and a strong commitment to the NCAA Division II "Life in the Balance" philosophy. With a deep talent pool drawn from major metropolitan areas like Philadelphia and New York City, the CACC consistently fields formidable programs that battle fiercely for the conference's automatic qualifier (AQ) bids to the NCAA East Regional championships.
